Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (Full-Time, Permanent - 5 days per week)

Reporting to: Director of Nursing

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 with Generous Benefits

Job Summary:
As Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents and their families. You'll also manage nursing staff, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary committees and lead nursing supervisors.
• Chair the Palliative Care Committee and coordinate the Wound Management Program.
• Manage risk, quality assurance, and clinical care protocols.
• Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
• Liaise with nursing supervisors for smooth clinical operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• New York State Professional Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 3 years' Nursing Administration experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
• Membership in professional organizations preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
